There are some things that can be difficult to learn online. Come to one of my classes for an up close look at what I do.

Milk Class:
Thursday, May 31 at 10:00 am.
Come learn what you can make from dry milk and regular milk! Class fee is 5.00 (or bring something to trade in exchange for my time and preparation for this class). At this class you will learn how to make your own buttermilk, yogurt, day cheese, cottage cheese, and cream cheese (and more if we can fit it in)! You will receive hands on learning, plus instructions and recipes to help you successfully implement what you learn. Class will be held in Payson, Utah.
